The Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau is the destination’s gateway for corporate and associations events organizers.
Its main missions are :
- inform, advise and assist professional events organizers
- promote the assets of Paris in France and abroad
- bring together professional and institutional partners to enhance the image of Paris, business tourism capital.
To fulfill all these missions, the Bureau draws on the resources of its network of members which it is constantly developing, always on the lookout for new products and services. The Bureau encourages its members to become involved in joint projects, brings them together for discussions and exchanges, and keeps them up to date with changes in the profession or in markets thanks to its ongoing business intelligence activities.
The Paris Convention and Visitors Bureau is an exchange platform between professionals events organizers and Parisians professionals.

Experts of the destination, the teams dedicated to corporate and association events give free and neutral services :
- advice and proposals
- recommendations for relevant Parisian suppliers
- organization of site inspections, famtrips and press trips
- range of tools such as brochures and a dedicated website www.convention.parisinfo.com.
For association events, the team dedicated provides :
- help on preparation of bids
- lobbying with the association’s international committee
- contacts of local institutions and authorities, and
- letters of supports from institutions.
