TOUTBIO
TOUTBIO is for people eager to combine gastronomic food and a globally responsible approach. From product selection to fair prices, everything is aimed at responsibility and affordability.
TOUTBIO selects its certified organic suppliers for the quality of their products but also on the basis of their region of origin in order to limit the impact of transportation on the environment. For instance, our vegetables are from the Ile-de-France region and our meats come from a coop in the Allier region.
Many people tend to associate organic food with high prices, and the way they are produced is indeed more costly than with traditional forms of agriculture. However, we are convinced that by adopting a globally eco-friendly approach, organic products can be affordable, whence our commitment not to exceed the cost of conventional products by more than 10%!
Products
TOUTBIO is synonymous with refined and responsible cuisine. With vegetables, fruit, cereals, meat, fish, cheese, or spices, we only use certified products in season, and give preference to the nearest producers.
Whether for cocktail parties, buffets, lunch, dinner or large receptions, our staff can meet your needs in Paris or in the provinces, for events ranging from 10 to 10,000 guests.
Certification
Regulations governing organic foods require that all links in the chain be certified (producers and processors). TOUTBIO has been certified by Ecocert, a body approved by the French Ministry of Agriculture. This certification was only granted after implementation of a strict process meeting stringent criteria, and is followed up by regular controls. Two criteria must be met:
-Granting of a licence certifying TOUTBIO's commitment to recipes that comply with requirements and the use of certified organic produce;
-Certification of each recipe using these products, i.e. of the final creation served to consumers.
Eco-friendly commitments
1) To offset its CO2 emissions, TOUTBIO has undertaken to plant a tree for every meal or cocktail served. TOUTBIO has pledged its support to an association working in Mali, Indonesia and Madagascar.The goal is to plant a tree for every meal served. Every guest thus plays an active part in restoring the natural environment. This commitment should see 20,000 trees planted this year.
2) TOUTBIO also provides support to ENEDSA (Enfant, Education, Santé) which provides schooling for 500 children in India. Here the goal is to donate one euro to ENEDSA for every meal served.
