In 2007, the PCVB has co-edited a new 124-page bilingual guide devoted to gastronomy – that renowned aspect of Parisian life. The Paris Gourmand guide lists all the members of the PCVB in the gastronomy sector. In the first section, restaurants are classified by type of cooking ("gourmet dining", “classic and regional fare”, “fooding trends”, “culinary world tour”, “everyday food”). A second section presents the sites and companies that associate tourism and gastronomy: cabarets, boats, caterers, stores and tearooms, catering schools, etc.
